In the name of science, on Sunday and Monday, I took my 6g of taurine in the morning instead of after dinner.

I had great days and fell asleep easily, but…

On both nights, my deep sleep was easily 50% less than what I usually get. I thought the first night was a coincidence, but I never have this happen two nights in a row.

I’m tempted to try one more night to be certain, but I am not sure I want to mess around and hurt my sleep to find out.

Does that sound plausible to you?
