I’m on the spectrum… Just a bit… Asperger’s. As a result I notice patterns quite often.

The visible signs I have that Rapa (Biocon) is working are:

  • Increasing pepper in my salt and pepper beard
  • Slow improvement in tinnitus
  • Healing of decades long toe-nail discoloration due to some fungus (nearly gone now)
  • Disappearance of Keratosis blemishes (mole-like) on my chest.

Hopefully, external improvement is mirrored by more important internal ones.

I’ve been ‘doing’ Rapa for a year now (5mg + voo)

These are slow changes (over months),

But I think I noticed that the Rapa makes more significant change, quicker after a 4-6 week break …than if I take it consistently for a long period. (It almost seems to have a decreasing utility with longer time).

So I’m changing to a 2 month ‘on’, one month ‘off’ regime.

This is one of those n=1 type observations, of course. I could be imagining it, but I don’t think so.

I’m wondering if anyone else has noticed anything similar.

Cheers…

(5mg + olive oil) – is that weekly or every two weeks?

Every week while ‘on’

Oh the other improvement…I don’t seem to need to get up to go to the loo in the middle of the night so often these days. Kegels are good for this…but I don’t seem to need to do them anymore.

Why take Olive Oil with it? I’ve heard of taking Grapefruit Juice but not Olive Oil.

Olive oil will slow down the intake so you end up with more rapamycin distributed in your organs. you can combine it with GFJ which increases the GI intake.
