Have you had a vegan / @drfawn typenog diet for 4-5 year period?
Totally agree that genetics is a big part, just wonder how much we can modulate around that

I’ve been vegan for about a decade. As Dr Michael Greger says, “Genetics loads the gun, but diet and lifestyle pull the trigger…”

Or lifestyle loads the gun but genetics pulls the trigger at the end. How about that?

Frequent HBOT seems to be one of BJ’s most successful interventions. At $100k for a device that can be used with the frequency he uses it - that is for the rich

If it works well, and you use it with high frequency, it is actually not that expensive.
Very interesting but unlikely. All proposed interventions I’ve heard of are chemical or surgical, which breaks down into:
- Chemical; cheap, replicable, protected by patents only
- Surgical (replacement organs): limited to the wealthy, but probably available to the top 10%.
If there is some kind of technological intervention, which costs a lot of money to create or deploy, then I could see this projection being accurate, but I can’t think of any that fall into that category just yet.
HBOT is interesting but that’s just a few thousand dollars to buy the machine, and they are not mass produced, or shown to increase longevity.
