I use the saga ones. There are other brands but you need to be sure they measure the arterial pressure so that they only do a veinous occlusion.

They seem very interesting - how is the app?
Does the Bluetooth paring work seamlessly?

Relatively basic. You first calibrate the arterial pressure (like a blood pressure monitor) then you indicate the percentage of that pressure you want. Typically 80% for legs and 40% for arms. Then you can inflate/deflate them and increase/decrease the pressure.
Yes. That works well.
I used them with the Moxy muscle oxygen sensor and it’s impressive. The oxygen in the muscle goes much lower. For instance 19% vs 34% for squats. It even goes down to 0% for reverse nordic curls.
That’s one of the mechanisms that trigger adaptations.
That can also transform a walk or a slow jog into a sprint from the muscle oxygen point of view.

I use SmartCuffs 4.0 version. I’ve been happy with them. User friendly via app and limb occlusion pressure is auto-calibrated and adjustable. BFR training is a special type of pain doing the traditional 30-15-15-15 sets with 30’ rest. I have been using it to rehab my torn quad tendon. So far has been working well. Haven’t trialed it for non-injured muscles.
