I recommend Fitomics https://www.fitomics.org/. You pay a subscription fee, but their tests are generally the cheapest ones. Especially useful if doing multiple interventions and want to find out if they work. You can buy multiple tests in advance and use them as you see fit in the future. They have labcorps and quest.

BTW, from the Fitomics website Terms and Conditions: Fitomics Research Labs offers testing services to residents of almost all states except the three where direct access testing is prohibited by law - New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island.
