What Bryan Johnson’s breakfast was one day.

Beans, tomatoes, peppers…
All angles are covered, now analyze.
So not Super Veggie? Is that different?
I’m listening to this podcast Bryan Johnson: Definitely not a vampire! - Decoding the Gurus
I’ve seen Chris Kavanaugh, the podcast host, debunk people on twitter.

I’m glad that Bryan Johnson appreciates “sense of humor” as a longevity strategy. And as it says, it makes him more likable.

Update on this:
The McDonald’s diet caught up with him.
He went to the ER and had a BP in the 170’s, probably stress related though… now drinking some water in between sodas, exercising and eating protein bars. In the 130’s now.
It just doesn’t work.

He’s far more likable than the mob of snobby longevity scientists who constantly bash him on X.

Baldy lives in a moldy house with insects and dead critters, never execises, never drinks water, never eats salad and never goes out. I’m surprised it took that long for his lifestyle to catch up with him.

He needed Rapamycin, a Multivitamin, and a polypill.

If you give Asmonbald rapamycin he will die from infections. He has rotting animal corpses in his house.

I don’t think he’s going to make any longevity goals. My armchair, but educated clinical observations are those eating little to no fruits and vegetables have a mortality problem.

He will be fine if he lives on a diet consisting of only 100% animal fat. That is the key.

Ingredients for one powder:
Pea Protein, Hemp Protein, Pea Starch, Isolmaltulose, Resistant Maltodextrin, MCT Oil Powder (from Coconuts and Acacia Fiber), Flaxseed, Sunflower Lecithin (from seeds), Allulose, Chai Natural Flavor, Monk Fruit Extract, Pink Himalayan Salt.
Interesting with Resistant Maltodextrin.

Am I the only one who thinks Bryan Johnson seems to be aging faster than normal for the relatively short time we have been watching him?

Honestly, he’s probably doing something that is sub-optimal. We all probably are. However, since each of us is going down our own separate path (rabbit hole?) we are bound to end up at different destinations.
We are each bound by our own unique genetics and what may work for me may not work for you. There are mice on Rapamycin that died much earlier than others.
Our best bet is to use science to improve our odds until an across the board game changer arrives.

If life’s like a video game, sometimes you gotta not sit on the sidelines and join in the fun, whether it is a cult or not. In fact if you at least haven’t tried one cult, what are you doing? Are you really going to miss out on those new quests?
