Well, today I received my package from Safe Overseas. I put in the exact same order to Safe Overseas and to Jagdish October 20. Safe Overseas sent the package October 23, Jagdish October 24.
I received the package from Jagdish on November 4.
I finally received the package from Safe Overseas today, December 2. The package was unopened, so I doubt customs was responsible. It was a fairly small package 5”x8”x3”. But in contrast to Jagdish, the Safe Overseas package had a visible declaration that it contained medication. I don’t know if it had any role in the long shipment time.
But there you have it, same order at the same time arrives one in 11 days and the other takes 6 weeks. Pretty random, seems to me.

hi all,
i got a quote from nibahealthcare.com for biocon’s rapacan, and received this reply:
"Price for Rapacan 1mg is $ 6 per strip of 10 tablets.
We want to inform you that Biocon sold the product Rapacan to Eris Life sciences…So now the Rapacan product is Marketed by Eris…"
(i checked this info and yes, eris life sciences has purchased rapacan from biocon)
niba also said shipping by ems would be $40. that’s not too bad - ~$4.25/week, for buying 30 strips/300 tablets. the least expensive i’ve found usa-sourced, is ~$8.50/week, and you need a prescription.
any comments here? (i posted in another thread focused on powdered rapamycin and didn’t get any replies, so trying here.)
thanks!

Doug, all that information sounds about right, and about average for pricing of Biocon/Eris Rapacan. The EMS shipping is on the high side - typically I see around $25, but in the grand scheme of things not a big difference.
Regarding US prices - if you use GoodRx you can typically get down near $1.25mg. See:

Maybe but I have had a helluva time finding a prescription!
I spoke with Maulik on the phone. He said he only had two shipments seized out of the 100s he has sent. The shipments seized were about 2500 tablets of Ivermectin. However other similar packages of Ivermectin have not been seized by customs.
He did say that local post office delivery has been experiencing delays of up to 2 months and this is becoming more frequent.

To update on that, it looks like siroboon is the only brand with higher quantities, which I’m under the impression is not as well respected as the other brands. But, the brand is already a fair bit cheaper on 1mg tablets, so with the bigger tablets that price becomes a lot cheaper than other brands. I was initially quoted $1.20 for 3mg and $1.60 for 5mg (Rite care).
I find the ordering process rather weird for all of these. I’ve ordered Tretinoin from India before, and it’s just a normal website that you checkout and it gets delivered. This is just a live chat where they quoted me in USD, then when I confirmed how much I want to buy they quoted in GBP. They offer about 10 payment options, but if I choose credit card they want another £25 ($>30). They accept Bitcoin, but not with the lightning network, so it would cost nearly as much to do an on-chain transaction. Ended up using wise.com to do a bank transfer, though they must be adding enough of a markup that they don’t care about the exact amount they receive in INR, as they only gave me the GBP price. They then forgot to send me the tracking link, but in the end it did all arrive after a couple of weeks.

siroboon / Kachela is a third or 4th tier Pharma company in India. The issue isn’t one of respect, the issue is that they likely don’t have the type of quality control in their manufacturing, and systems with suppliers, that a major Pharma company in India would if its exporting to the USA with FDA approved generic drugs. The issue is purity, potential cancer-causing contaminants, and large variations in potency… so you really don’t have any idea what you are taking when you take a drug from these types of suppliers. If you care about your lifespan, I wouldn’t waste any time considering these types of suppliers.

Yeah, just a shame that none of the others have >1mg to be more cost effective.

SCAM ALLERT! DON’T USE THEANTIAGING.STORE!
Following some good reviews on this site I made a purchase through theantiaging.store. That was several weeks ago and they still haven’t/wont ship my order, nor will they give me a refund. When you email their supposed “customer service” it takes several days to get a response back and they aren’t helpful.
I had to use a bank transfer to send them my money, so there’s no way for me to get my money back. I guess it’s just gone, which I know sometimes happens why you’re buying from places overseas. I wanted to let everyone know though so that they won’t fall victim to the same scam!

I have no experience with this vendor, but a few weeks delay when ordering from off-shore vendors is not an uncommon situation (nor the slow customer service responses). I recommend you read down the list of messages in this thread. Most people eventually get their product. But, please do update us if no response in another 3 weeks or so.

I think you can still call your bank and try to reverse, sometimes they do that. It happened once at my workplace about couple weeks after we did the transfer. Initially bank said they couldn’t reverse but after few days they gave us back the funds. It may depend on if the receiving bank cooperates, I guess.

I’m an avid reader of this thread and a lot of the others on this message board. I’ve ordered many times from overseas, thanks in large part to the generous and helpful information posted by others. I don’t post something like my warning lightly and without cause. Rather I want to give back to the group what has been given to me. I don’t want anyone else to be taken advantage of like I was.

That hasn’t been my experience. When I contacted them via email they responded promptly, and my order arrived safely.

I ordered a package from Maulik and Jagdish on the same day, December 7th. Maulik’s is out of NYC customs and at a regional distribution center. Jagdish’s is still in Indian Customs. Speed is a real crapshoot here, but I think Maulik’s delivery method is faster than EMS.

It’s all a crapshoot. I put in a $500 order with Jagdish, paid him December 12. We’ll see when (and if!) I get the package out here on the west coast. It’s holiday season, so I expect delays. But I’m trying to get my orders in before the heat really gets going in India - coldest months December, January, hottest April, May. Not to mention if there are any customs crackdowns come 2025 and going forward. Best to get all your meds so you’re at least set for some time - I’m shooting for a three year hoard.

I just got 180 x 1mg of Sirolimus for $110.82 from CVS using a GoodRx coupon. That’s ~62 cents per mg! And without the hassle and uncertainty of international shipping.
On the other hand, my order from the THEANTIAGING.STORE never made it to my mailbox. It did arrive in LA, so it probably wasn’t their fault that I didn’t receive the product. OTOH I’m still waiting on my refund from them.

That has been my experience. Weeks faster and never stuck in customs.
I have not been able to figure out why that is the case. Is it the method of shipment?
His labeling is slightly different: “Health Care Product”
And the package was mailed from a state different from Jagdish’s. Surat, Gujarat vs
Nagpur/Mumbai, Maharashtra. Because of the large number of Nagpur suppliers, I wonder if they receive a little more attention from customs.

That could possibly explain why a package might make it out faster from India, but I don’t see how that can influence what happens in the U.S. - once it is out of U.S. customs, the package can still sit for weeks somewhere along the postal chain. I have never had any of my 8 packages opened by customs, and the times varied hugely. Some arrived 10 days from time of submission to a post office in Mumbai, others have taken 6 weeks. None were openend by customs.
In all honesty, I suspect it’s random. I’ve had pretty reasonably fast shipments from Jagdish, very random from others like Forveda (once 10 days, once a month). It’s possible that as you keep ordering from Maulik, it will start getting random too. He has a good streak now, but who knows how long that lasts.
But what do I know - I’m not an expert in this area, and it’s possible there’s something else going on. I’ve only had experience with 8 shipments to date, over a few months. As happens, I have a $500 package I’ve paid for on December 12 to Jagdish, so I’ll see if his relatively fast streak lasts this time - it’s holiday season, so who knows.

Hi all,
I’m really interested in rapamycin and have been endlessly scrolling through this post—amazing work, RapAdmin! I’m based in the UK and looking for the best, most foolproof, and budget-friendly way to get it imported.
Right now, I’m considering GoldPharma since they allegedly ship from Germany. Their best price is £178 (~$226.03 USD) for 30 tablets of 0.5mg (Kohlpharma). What’s everyone’s experience with importing to the UK from non-EU countries? Is it reliable?
