It’s all a crapshoot. I put in a $500 order with Jagdish, paid him December 12. We’ll see when (and if!) I get the package out here on the west coast. It’s holiday season, so I expect delays. But I’m trying to get my orders in before the heat really gets going in India - coldest months December, January, hottest April, May. Not to mention if there are any customs crackdowns come 2025 and going forward. Best to get all your meds so you’re at least set for some time - I’m shooting for a three year hoard.

I just got 180 x 1mg of Sirolimus for $110.82 from CVS using a GoodRx coupon. That’s ~62 cents per mg! And without the hassle and uncertainty of international shipping.
On the other hand, my order from the THEANTIAGING.STORE never made it to my mailbox. It did arrive in LA, so it probably wasn’t their fault that I didn’t receive the product. OTOH I’m still waiting on my refund from them.

That has been my experience. Weeks faster and never stuck in customs.
I have not been able to figure out why that is the case. Is it the method of shipment?
His labeling is slightly different: “Health Care Product”
And the package was mailed from a state different from Jagdish’s. Surat, Gujarat vs
Nagpur/Mumbai, Maharashtra. Because of the large number of Nagpur suppliers, I wonder if they receive a little more attention from customs.

That could possibly explain why a package might make it out faster from India, but I don’t see how that can influence what happens in the U.S. - once it is out of U.S. customs, the package can still sit for weeks somewhere along the postal chain. I have never had any of my 8 packages opened by customs, and the times varied hugely. Some arrived 10 days from time of submission to a post office in Mumbai, others have taken 6 weeks. None were openend by customs.
In all honesty, I suspect it’s random. I’ve had pretty reasonably fast shipments from Jagdish, very random from others like Forveda (once 10 days, once a month). It’s possible that as you keep ordering from Maulik, it will start getting random too. He has a good streak now, but who knows how long that lasts.
But what do I know - I’m not an expert in this area, and it’s possible there’s something else going on. I’ve only had experience with 8 shipments to date, over a few months. As happens, I have a $500 package I’ve paid for on December 12 to Jagdish, so I’ll see if his relatively fast streak lasts this time - it’s holiday season, so who knows.

Hi all,
I’m really interested in rapamycin and have been endlessly scrolling through this post—amazing work, RapAdmin! I’m based in the UK and looking for the best, most foolproof, and budget-friendly way to get it imported.
Right now, I’m considering GoldPharma since they allegedly ship from Germany. Their best price is £178 (~$226.03 USD) for 30 tablets of 0.5mg (Kohlpharma). What’s everyone’s experience with importing to the UK from non-EU countries? Is it reliable?

Thats a lousy price, and I’ve never heard of Kohlpharma. See these discussion threads on the topic of importing into the UK:
Generally, you can find things by searching the forums using the search feature in the upper right corner of the site.

RapAdmin, you’re the GOAT! Unfortunately, “UK” is too short as a search term, so I couldn’t find it. I guess I was just being a bit silly. I’ll explore some more!

That price you quote comes to about $15,000 per 1g of rapamycin. Gold today stands at roughly $86 per 1g. Perhaps central banks should hoard rapamycin instead of gold, it certainly would take up less space🤣
Seriously ridiculous!! Deffo not going with them
Quick question; is niba.sales@gmail.com a valid email for NIBA Healthcare? Got contacted by Nikhil Rathod +91 7972203020.

Welcome to the group.
I have placed about four orders from India over the past year and not had any problems so far. I may be extra cautious but I always try to keep the value down to £120 or less so as not to attract the attention of customs. It means the postage is a significant cost (about 25-30%) but tbh the drugs are so cheap from India it doesn’t really matter. I have posted elsewhere on the matter but I have always used Anil Gangwani of Kachhela Medex and have found his service to be excellent.

Thanks! Do they have a website or an email I can use to contact them?

You’re welcome.
They do have a website which will give you an idea of what products they carry:
But to place an order I just send Anil an email with my exact requirements and he usually responds within a couple of days (and often much faster): kmpl1015@gmail.com
Any of the suppliers mentioned on here are probably a good bet. Anil was just the first one I tried and I’ve been very happy so have stuck with him. He has been having issues getting hold of generic Empagliflozin recently though so I might have to bite the bullet and try to source that elsewhere.

I agree with this and have used Anil/Kachhela Medex for years. Always very responsive.

Interesting little observation from your photo: Your package was sent by EMS SpeedPost. Jagdish Nikose also uses EMS SpeedPost. Parcels sent by EMS SpeedPost are the only ones I have ever had opened.
My parcels from Maulik to the U.S. are sent by IndiaPost, but not by SpeedPost and they have never been opened or delayed. But, I do wonder why he uses two different shipping methods.

Yes, Maulik uses IndiaPost to the US and EMS SpeedPost to the Philippines, I’m not sure why. At the same time I had him send a small package to US (where I was traveling), which was not opened and arrived promptly. He used IndiaPost for the US.

I also just used Maulik for shipping to the US via his gmail. We were both online so it was a very easy transaction. Now the wait…

The difference with generics is absorption/bioavailability, which Pfizer’s is about 30% better. This is why generics did not get approved in EU.
