I successfully received a package today. It only took 12 days with no issues.

Things generally seem to be back to normal. You can scroll up from here, but everyone seems to reporting success, without too much in the way of added charges.

Packages seem to be getting through, yes, but the orders seem small. This time around I’m just going to order a two year’s supply of all my and my parent’s meds. That’s several thousands of pills and be done with it for a while.

I think I’ll just have my Indian courier bring them to Hong Kong and then take my parent’s meds to the USA rather than shipping them all to the USA and bringing my meds back to Hong Kong.

The thought of the FDA seizing 1,000s of dollars of meds gives me an upset stomach. I am still irked from the last $600 USD order that got seized earlier this year.

Thank you all. Might anyone know if Jagdish is still around and still reliable.

Also, what 2mg Sirolimus is most popular lately?

I had enjoyed ease of ordering from India for so long that de minimis being revoked caught me by surprise - probably because I also order enough ā€œstuffā€ from China that I simply assumed Indian markets would adapt quickly…not so much.

For reassurance for others though , Maulik mentioned elsewhere in this thread came through with excellent communication and updates throughout the process. Very efficient from ordering through delivery of about 12 days turn around time. I got a bit nervous but luckily there was no reason to be .

What is the company
Thanks

I forget, I have tried many different vendors here and have never had any problems. I just get a number of quotes from the list at the top of the page and go with the least expensive, and one that can get the exact brands I want.

I received another order from India today. 800 tablets/capsules with expiration dates of 3/27, 4/27 & 5/27. Usually, I do most of my ordering during the winter months. I know it’s never very cool in Mumbai, but at least the transit is cooler on this end.

Again, as with previous shipments, it was fast and duty-free. Maybe the sky isn’t falling yet, but this year once again reminded us, variables—political, war, weather, etc.—can happen unexpectedly at any time. ā€œMake hay while the sun shines,ā€ and act while the situation is favorable.

Good reminder… something to consider over the next few months.

I need to order 8,000 pills of various medicines for me and my parents. I’m thinking it needs to be in batches below 2,000. What’s the most anyone has received recently?

My courier has said Indian airport customs is getting strict and seizing people’s meds if they don’t have prescriptions. So it looks like back to shipping to the USA.

Wow… Perhaps time to start your own pharmacy

I’ve decided to stock a 2 year supply and always keep it at this level. Right now I have about a 6 month supply of my meds. Except Rapamycin which I have a 4-5 year supply.

And remember, it’s for 3 people. I do buy my metformin and Atorvastatin locally though.

I’m only stocking 5 meds - SGLT2I, BA, Telmisartan (parents), Dutasteride and Tadalifil. I can get all of them locally, but India is so darn cheap!

Indian drugs are between 2X (SGLT2I) -30X (Tadalifil) cheaper compared to HK, which itself is much cheaper than the USA!

FWIW, having read about recent success stories, I decided to up my reserves and also buy some other meds connected to my upcoming surgery. I put in a fairly big order with Jagdish who has always been very reliable for me. Just under $1K, but broken into three shipments so that maybe at least one will get through with smaller packages. So far, it hasn’t been super impressive. I paid on November 22 through WISE, first package supposedly dispatched on November 28, didn’t show up as accepted until December 02, now ā€œpreparing for shipmentā€, second was supposedly dispatched December 01, still doesn’t show up in tracking at all, not even ā€œlabel createdā€, third not dispatched so far.

I contacted a second vendor I used back in August, Vidhan Agrawal from pmbusinesshub. This joker quoted me a price literally 500% higher than median on IndiaMart, and then insisted on doing business over the phone, when I told him I really want to do this over email. I dropped him like a hot potato, no time for this BS. Never using this clown again.

Finally I contacted a third vendor, who is checking on availability, supposed to get back to me by tomorrow. If everything checks out, I’ll place an order with him, because he was very fast last time I used him, and I need these meds before my surgery - whereas I am getting nervous over how slow Jagdish appears to be moving. We’ll see. I’ll report back on my experiences, as this continues.

I’ve dropped Jagdish and Anil (my usual contacts) as they were either doxed (4 of their shipments were stopped and seized by customs) and/or also because they seem to have changed on their approach to customer service and pricing. I was left with Maulik which has served me well in last 3-4 shipment but also got me pissed as he quoted me a bit higher than some new ones, and he changed the form of pmt, no longer taking credit cards. Nevertheless, begrudgingly I did place an order with him two days ago and will see how it goes.

I’m experimenting with 3-4 other (new contacts) and have placed 4 new orders in last three days. I just picked the cheapest and most responsive ones from India mart for my specific meds I needed. I always specify the manufacturer of the med I am seeking as the quality in night and day for some I’ve tried. I bought some acarbose from three different manufacturers and one from Katchela was like eating chalk and twice the size of the glucobay for same 50mg pill. Another i think was from knoll and it tasted the same as glucobay but was about 120% the size for same pill. from now on I only order the glucobay

Will see how it goes, but I intend to cycle these guys going forward and not stick with just one or two.

All my orders are $120-$230 trying to keep them in the small side of things, though shipping charge adds a bit to overall cost, but considering how cheap the meds are it’s still a no brainer.
