Here it is. I’m just in the process of designing my own N=1 dosing escalation and testing study - so I’m reviewing all the literature on how best to do this. Will post more on this effort later, as I move ahead.

I’m thinking of identifying a specific dose escalation / timing plan I want to test, and a simultaneous / regular rapamycin blood level testing to track the curve, and a battery of blood tests to track any positive or negative impact on blood measures. I’ll post my preliminary plans later and hope people will provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
