Hello Dr. Fraser,
I was Dr. Green’s patient. I never met him in person, only telehealth. I Live in NY. Any chance you can be licensed here to prescribe? I can help pick up fees.

I’ve contacted you by message. The short answer is that Telemedicine occurs at the location the patient is physically at, at the time of the consultation. It’s not at the patient’s site of residence.
So if someone tells me they are physically in California at the time of the consultation, and I have no reason to doubt the truth of this, and happens to reside in NY, it isn’t a problem for me to treat them, so long as I note the patient is physically in California today at time of the consult.
I have no mechanism in my software to geolocate.

You will always have access to rapamycin through Indian pharmacies/sellers (Where most of us get it from). Added benefit, it is way cheaper than you were getting it through Doctor Green.

Thank you kindly for that info. So good to hear. Is the quality of the product ok? I still have a few month supply in the queue form Dr. Green but will run out eventually. It has completely controlled my Rosacea, which I never expected.

From all accounts it is very high quality. Many people on these boards have done before and after analysis that clearly indicate the same efficacy as any/best branded ones being sold in western world. Also, of note many big pharma companies manufacture some of their medicines in India, so for the most part quality of Indian medicine is not a concern, but you have to stick to some well-known names that everyone on these boards buys from. I have to assume that there “might” be fake products being sold/solicited from not very reliable other sources/scams, but as noted above you have to stick with the names, we all know and deal with.

So sorry to hear about Dr Greens passing, he was a wonderful man, I made the trip to little neck all the way from Australia several years ago and met him in person and spent some tie, with him in his office.

RIP Dr Green
He did use the senolytics you refer to and indeed others - I had a number of exchanges on rate and timings on the issue across a number of years - there is so much on his site but I would imagine it’s written up in the content somewhere.
We started with three monthly treatment cycle and this reduced at one point to biweekly - even weekly at one point - again it will be in the content somewhere unless it’s been edited out more recently.
Lovely man.

Oh no! My husband and I are both patients of his for rapamycin subscriptions. We’ve been trying to reach him for two weeks and now I see why he hasn’t responded. He seemed an exceptionally bright, open-minded, thorough, and kind man and will be missed.
Now what do we do about our prescriptions? I wish we could still use the pharmacy he worked with as I had a level of confidence that he oversaw the formulation. Having lived in India, I’m a bit nervous about ordering from there. On the other hand, so many of the prescriptions we use in the U.S. are manufactured there.

I will begin to look into Indian sources. I have done this with other drugs before.
$550 is far too much money to pay for 100 tablets

Yes, you would require a prescription.
Go to GoodRx and search your area by zip code. Pricing is different area to area.

A good reminder that no matter what we do none of us are going to live forever. If humans ever do get to live on average to 120 or even 200 years old, it will be great. But at the same time it will be the same thing. It will not change the essential reality that we must go at some time.

I wonder if Dr. Fauci takes rapamycin. I haven’t seen many in their late 80s who are as sharp and fit.

I don’t know of any person that takes RAPA and looks sharper or robust for their age (unless they are doing other things also). It is believed that the benefits of RAPA are subtle and internal as opposed to visible and external. Thus I doubt Dr. Fauci takes RAPA. There is plenty of cases where people are taking other substances though in which they look very sharp and robust for their age, but not the ones taking RAPA. I.e. this guy Dr Bill Lawrence is in his late 70’s but looks very young and healthy for his age and I haven’t been able to find a video of him saying he takes RAPA.
Dr Bill Lawrence Khavinson Peptide Bioregulators Q&A
To me he looks very good/robust and healthy (for his age) and at least 15-20 years younger than his real age. So, whatever he is doing it definitely is working.
