Exercise inhibits (selectively) m-tor so if one does a lot of exercise they will get proportional inhibition.
It’s possible that other factors inhibit m-tor - certain compounds like EGCG in green tea, curcumin, pentadecanoic acid and others also suppress m-tor. I personally get plenty of those 3 in my diet.

I am currently battling sympathetic overtraining syndrome from overdoing HIIT (got in to a local Strava segment war) so I have been experiencing lower overnight HRVs, poor sleep and general fatigue… all things that rapamycin worsens soon after dosing (long term use may improve those).

I think rapamycin is type of a stressor (like HIIT, heat/cold exposure or fasting) that leads to positive changes in the long term but one has to be careful not to over do it. Professional athletes periodize their training with HIIT and maybe we (the amateur athletes) should be doing that with rapamycin as well.
