From my point of view it’s not about the amount of time (I first posted in August ‘24) but more to the point that in comparison to my first frozen shoulder on the other side that deteriorated to the point of zero pain free movement in any direction before an operation that was required twice plus intense physiotherapy, this time the Rapamycin clearly stopped the rapid deterioration and gradually allowed a recovery with me own exercises.
As I would have been starting a new round of Rapa anyway, for me this was free treatment instead of a sizeable out of pocket expense (UK NHS won’t do any treatment for a frozen shoulder).
Hence my comment, for those who want to avoid a big out of pocket expense, this is worthwhile trying. For everyone else who would have insurance coverage I’d probably still opt for the operation as the recovery was quicker.

Do you think if your frozen shoulder could be connected to statins (if you take them)?

I don’t think so as I am intolerant to statins and was on them for a very short period only long before I noticed anything with the shoulder.
