Need to find out if they ship to the UK. Didn’t accept my mobile number as valid and no option to enter international dialling code. Not hopeful but gonna try

Foreign nationals are allowed to see US providers especially because it’s a cash visit. You need a “doctor” visit to obtain the topical rapamycin since it’s a script. Maybe Musely doesn’t want to violate some European laws by shipping the substances.

Dr. Green’s 1/2% Rapa in Aquaphor does the trick for me.

How do your grow all these microbes? I’d be interested in growing my own.
Those brands indicated get a bit expensive if one is striving for a full spectrum.

After lots of trial and errors, we are now using a water bath with an immersion heater (like for sous vide cuisine). This allows for a very precise incubation temperature control. Before that we tried yogurt makers but their temperature regulation is very poor and you can’t control it.
We make several gallons of probiotic yogurts, kefir, etc. per week with A2 protein whole milk.
For instance here we are incubating a gallon of probiotic yogurt at 39ºC (102ºF) for 36 hours (to have mostly no lactose left. Kefir is around 12~18 hours otherwise it’s too thick). My GCM shows no glucose spikes when eating yogurts and kefir made that way.

I use organic half and half as my base and add a bit of organic coconut sugar to feed them. I’ve tested many food sources such as various fibers and other sugars but they grow best in coconut sugar. I add the probiotic to the mixture and put in a dehydrator that is set at 90 degrees. I leave them in the dehydrator till the yogurt sets up. I then put a couple of tablespoons in a container in the freezer and I use this as my starter for the next batch.

That’s exactly what I was wondering. You “seed” with commercially purchased probiotics. I was wondering why you had that list of all those probiotic companies with their product contents.
Interesting, never knew there was such a thing!!
Found some locally.

Update on using Ergothionine serum for 6 months. I love the results of soft and even toned skin with only minimum of fine lines. An app evaluates my 70 year old face as 39.

Pretty much just the holstein cow that gives A1 milk. I read the book Devil in the Milk written by an academic in NZ where they have bred it out of the Holstein and are trying to sell the semen to us here. No downside and it’s a great idea but not really taking off. Unfortunately the Holstein has the best yield, therefore most milk comes from them.

Interesting. I may buy one of these masks.

I struggle to see why these red light devices are so expensive; they seem like very simple devices with minimal Intellectual property involved. They seem like they should be about 90% less expensive. The cost/benefit ratio does not seem so great right now, but could be greatly improved if they cost significantly less.

Qure mask is pretty affordable, FDA cleared, recommended by dermatology influencers (dr. Shaw) and seems to use the proper wavelengths.
It’s only 3 minutes a day - allows me for a quick meditation session in the evening. I honestly wouldn’t be to handle 10 minutes, too much time commitment.

Fantastic report. I might go for an ergothionine product. May I ask which product you use and how often you use it?

I use Ba’cheri Ergothineine firming serum that I buy on Amazon (around $29 for a box with 30 vials). It also has Vit B5, Armilaria Matsurake, and Centelia Asiatica in it. I apply daily, morning and night. 1 vial is enough for 2-3 applications. One box lasts 1.5 months for me. In addition I take Ergothioneine supplement.

I would rather go for a small panel than a mask. Panels have more evience behind them and are more likely to have sufficiently strong light for effectiveness. As a bonus, you do get eye benefits if you use a panel, as opposed to a mask that doesn’t shine light on the eyes. I use a small panel btw.

I do the same thing with GHK-cu–injections and topical applications. After two months, it seems to be working on the wrinkles. However, it worked immediately on nagging injuries from running and normal degradation.
