I only scrolled through the video for the before and after shots, so excuse me if he addressed this and my comment is not accurate….
I’m not poo pooing trt and it might be great, but I call BS on those before and after photos.
I have many years and $$$ under my belt of seeing top docs, so I pretty much know what is and isn’t possible with no fillers or a knife. I’m happy to be proven wrong, and if so, I will bathe in TRT

Pretty much all of them, and for clarity, I’m not saying it can’t help at all, but his before and afters make me ignore anything he would say.
There are more obvious photos with hanging skin that magically improved, but I’ll show you this subtle improvement as an example because I could immediately spot what was done that the casual observer might not notice.
In the after photo, she had a lot of filler placed in her top lip. It’s screaming obvious to me and a good provider will never make your top lip bigger than your bottom lip, even if it’s commonly done. You’ll see her phltrium is now smaller (space from upper lip to the bottom of her nose. That doesn’t shorten naturally and no cream or hormone can do that.
She also has filler placed in the sides of her mouth. It’s a well known and invisible trick to fix the corners of the mouth that become downturned with age. See how she has little lines that point down and those are improved in the second photo… just shows there is filler everywhere… including her nasal labial folds. Fewer eye wrinkles shows it was better lighting or angles or something was done. Those lines can look drastically different depending on the photo, so ignore those when you see them.
EDIT: her eye wrinkles and nasal labial folds could just be airbrushed, I can’t be sure here. But there is definitely filler here. As I look more, I think her upper cheeks might have filler too because she seems to have more prominent cheek bones in the after .

Yea maybe. There isn’t a lot of information on this treatment.
I’m thinking of trying it myself. Shouldn’t be too expensive.
