It has a wide range. I would be concerned if it were too acidic over too long a period.

I’ve started (again) using MB, and It is unreal the amount of extra strength I get. I literally can do 30% more weights when I’m on MB. But as I said earlier, I really think that it will start wreaking havoc if continued for more than couple weeks at a time max. Definitely, not something that would add to longevity. There was a table (on these forums) that had MB as being negative 5% for longevity, and I totally agree. Another thing that I noticed is the fact that I’m not getting cold sores. May or may not be related but every time I would use L-Arginine in the past, I would get cold sores. I started Arginine two weeks ago (after I stopped three years ago since it was giving me always cold sores) and I have had no cold sores so far. Maybe MB killed the virus-just thinking out loud, no real proof.

MB is something that props up the ETC. However, it will vary on its effects from individual to individual.
Personally I cycle it with other ETC props.

Still using MB 5 days a week. I would say the buzz and mental clarity I got initially has waned a bit. Still noticeable just less. I may cycle off for a week or two. I am adding molecular hydrogen to my MB, not for anything additive or related. Just heard the two go nicely together. Will report back.

What kind of reaction did you notice with hyaluronic acid? How were you taking it? What were you hoping for?
It’s in how my skin feels to the touch – more smooth and less dry. Kind of like the difference between the skin of a young person and that of an old person.
It’s possible that there’s a visible difference as well, but I didn’t do before-and-after photos.
300 mg sodium hyaluronate, one time a day, orally. I use the “pureclinica” brand.
I’d like to see how low I can go with this dose while still getting most of the benefit.
I wasn’t expecting anything in particular. I tried it only because I saw it in Bryan Johnson’s stack (see blueprint).

Yes, my skin is a lot smoother too. Especially around the knuckles. Could be the hyaluronic acid or collagen. Or both.
A new methylene blue video by a pharmacist. Reviews all of the benefits of methylene blue.
At the end of the video dosage is discussed along with using methylene blue+LDN (low dose naltrexone).

@desertshores Thanks. This is a good video. Consistent with everything that I’ve learned so far plus a lot more into the details on animal and human studies. Anyone thinking about MB should watch this.

I am thinking about MB. But one concern is how long my teeth and tongue will be blue. And is there a good way to eliminate the blue on the teeth and tounge ?

A few ways
- add MB to water with vit c powder. Turns MB clear. Might reduce effect of MB but I’m not confident one way or the other.
- use eye dropper to put MB down throat (swallow without letting liquid touch front teeth or front of tongue. This is what I do.
- use Troscriptions lozenges (swallow them instead of letting them dissolve). Expensive.
- buy MB powder. Put into capsules. I’ve not done it but it looks like a major hassle.
These are what I know. Anyone else have other ideas?
Good luck!

Filling capsules is not so terrible. You can do 100 at a time and it might take 10 minutes. It’s a little messy and generally not worth it since somebody somewhere has a machine that does it better. I’m surprised nobody sells MB capsules already.
I’m going to give it a try, just have to get the stuff here.

However, it has been demonstrated that this drug produces negative side effects in several organs and in particular in the lymphoid organs and in the kidney. It has been suggested that the CsA causes deleterious effects because it increases the oxygen free radical production.

I put some MB in my neti-pot solution but just ended up with blue nostrils.
Actually I like your dropper idea until I use up this bottle and then I’m going for the powder version. Could one snort it? (asking for a friend).

That’s just what I’d need. I already feel a little self-conscious weighing various small amounts of white powders on my milligram scale.

Yeah, taking my daily supplements sometimes I channel my inner Walter White.

That reminds me. I have got my boxes of HDAC inibitors, AMPK activators and other supplements down so I can make up daily and on demand combinations. You can also see pre-mixed MB. Normally Sunday is my day to prepare the daily boxes for the week. I might also do a citrate mixing run.

I see you’re a Walter White as well!
Probably even more so. I’m impressed.

I do have a milligram scale weighing machine. I also have equipment for measuring liquids although it has got a little blue stained. I have not been using the ATP enhancers for a while as I wanted to get my blood pressure and RHR back down. However, I am now happy that the adjustment has happened so I can get on with those.
