I think the 500% increase and itâs effect on mitochondria align with the target of your citrate research (mitochondria)
The target of the citrate is really the nucleus and the transcription of DNA although quailty functioning of the mitochondria is important as well.

@John_Hemming Iâm about to add Telmisartan to my longevity stack. I donât have high blood pressure but the longevity benefits and healthy ageing (muscle AMPK up regulation) are convincing. Iâll be tracking my BP for risk of hypotension.
But, on topic, POTASSIUM citrate is our for me.

Yes, that will be NICE setting the protocol. The NHS has a strong tendency to caution. It is changing though. HRT, statins, glucose control should all be available easily

If you look at its composition in the paper I linked it seems to be salicin.
