Is there good evidence from studies not funded by the manufacturer that any of these work?

Here’s something re: omega 3s. It the only one I’ve heard about having a legit anabolic effect. Perhaps it’s only an inflammation reducer (indirect effect).

I had assumed that Mayo Clinic’s glynac studies were impartial, but Mayo sells Thorne Glynac, so perhaps not.
