I have come on and off pregabalin over the last 1.5 years so I haven’t noticed a tolerance.

During the time periods I have used it, the effects on sleep have remained consistent.

I don’t feel anything when I take it (e.g. I don’t feel more ‘relaxed’ or drowsy) - I just feel completely normal. So in that regard I would not see any change in my tolerance either.
