yes it was a bit confusing. I had a problem with my ID I submitted and went round and round with them over it for about a week or two. eventually it was solved and my account was created/approved. I don’t remember now exactly what the issue was. I think it was the type of ID I was using even though it appeared to be an acceptable one based on the “approved” list…
