You know you can buy it from India without a prescription. Start slow (though I didn’t) and see what happens. Good luck,

I’d also think carefully of the potential consequences of getting rapamycin in the US. Once it is on your sister’s record, she may find it difficult or next to impossiblevto get health insurance. It will mark her as someone who received an organ transplant, i.e someone who is in very poor health and a high insurance risk
