Ok. Does that mean you are not happy enough with Aktiia levels of accuracy?

Have you felt aktiia to be ok from that perspective or lacking?

Research shows that Aktiia (now Hilo) is not accurate at night and that during the day individual readings can be quite off but the average especially over several days is accurate.

Personally I stopped using it. I have positives about it, but I don’t find the information worth typing into my database.

Oura is also working on it. Perhaps the benefit lies in reducing the need for those manual daily or weekly checks. There’s an FDA-approved monitor: “Biobeat”, so it’s feasible to track BP accurately with PPG even during nighttime eventually: https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/917375
