no one has that answer. Trial and error I’d say. I want to try it and if I like what i see most likely I’ll do it once a year, but too early to tell either way. The only beef with it is, the fact that these are antibiotics, and I would be weary of doing them too often. I plan on consuming A2 Yogurt quite a bit while on this protocol.

I salute you, those of you who are about to try!

I wish you all the best and I hope it works miracles for all of you!

If you guys pull this off, I will seriously consider joining you.

lol dude. Last time I checked Vitamin c at 500mg per day never killed anyone
Plus, the two other FDA approved medications are being prescribed by doctors every day in doses way higher than in the study/paper, and no one that we know of has died yet.

You must be a real good fortune teller to foretell our demise

The quote was a joke. I am sure none of you will die from this treatment.

I hope that it really does work miracles for all of you because I’d personally try it if it did.

my comment was tongue in cheek to your “a little” sarcastic joke. We are even.

no harm done though, I’m a grown-up man and can take way more than that(even if you were serious/not joking)

I will join you on this journey. Got the stuff today, and starting today.
Have been struggling with gum inflammation that don’t want to go away for the last few years. Hopefully this will help.

What was the dosing they used in the original study?

I recommend those who try this regimen, document it, and email results to Michael Lisanti, MD. It will help scientific endeavor, and maybe beef up his claims, in the event that he applies for a grant.

I’m in as well and I’m placing my order today.

Does anyone have any thoughts on using florastor in conjunction with this combination? I know it’s often used/recommended in medicine for patients on antibiotics. I’m definitely going to continue with my homemade yogurt.

Just got my prescription can’t wait to start - it took five minutes… No DR needed. Go onto push.com. open up an account and get whatever you want including rapamycin!

Is it the same as pushhealth.com?

Yes, I got it in five minutes. I basically just said that it was for a bacterial infection… They are very good at getting back to you right away.

Ageing might very well be a bacterial infection, so you might have inadvertently told the truth :joy:

I’m lucky in that the antibiotics are available OTC here and are cheap, to boot.
So, if I can’t find any compelling reason not to, I’ll also be doing the “5 week trial”.

This is very interesting.

I wonder how often such a “cleanse” should be administered? One-time? Yearly? A longer frequency?

From what I am reading here, they achieved a lot with just one round of treatment, right?

Forgive my ignorance, but I’m not sure I understand why many of you want to do this protocol. Is it just in case you have cancer stem cells, then this is a way to nip them in the bud, so to speak? I suppose that may be reason enough, but I had to ask. Also, when the author speaks of 1uM/L, how is that measured using, say, a scale that can measure .001 gram, = or -? Is this protocol the same as eradicated senescent cells, or is that something different? He also discusses using azithromycin by itself to eradicate senescent cells. What dosage of azithromycin does he suggest for that? For how long? Thanks.

FWIW

Review in detail the patent application.

For those of you who plan to do this protocol, is it because you see it as a way to clear out senescent cells? Presumably none of you think you have the specific type of cancer that the author focuses on with this protocol. OR is your thinking ‘just in case’ you have that type of cancer?
