I am not sure the major supplement companies want to take on the risk at this stage. If you are a new company only selling UA on a drop shipping basis then setup costs are quite low. If Nestle take legal action and this causes the business to cease then profits will have been taken out in the mean time and there is no big loss.

If you are a major supplement company then there is something to lose.

Embrace risk

I’ve had it for months but have been hesitant to actually try it. It did bring my Temu order price up enough to get free shipping, and it was either this or a butt plug

A good choice! Butt plugs are riskier

Oddly enough I have not tried a butt plug. What does that do for gene expression?

Does more for jeans expression, and especially facial expression.

My Dexcom session has ended. I am not persuaded that UA had much of an effect here. I am happy to post the glucose charts if anyone wants them. These are the averages by day

Because my food and activity is not exactly the same every day I don’t think the movements are that significant. I ate the UA on 31/1/25.

Whether the trend down is linked to the sensor error varying or is a real trend I am unsure.

If that’s the IC50 then it’s almost certain you won’t get significant inhibition with urolithin A. Urilithin A is a polyphenol and you almost never reach micromolar concentrations in plasma from ingesting polyphenols even at high doses. This is because they are heavily metabolized in the intestines and liver so they have poor bioavailability.

As it stands UA is not on my list of interesting molecules and i probably wont look at it again.
