VO2max: A Significant Increase via Sublingual Rapamycin?

I’ve tried a month long holiday from Rapamycin, with no success.

What would you consider success?

My definition of success would be what I saw initially… in that a higher dose of Rapamycin results in an increased VO2max (which I assume is because it’s countering metformin suppression of my VO2max), and a low dose of Rapamycin results in a decreased VO2max.

In hindsight after the first Rapamycin dose, when I saw the first increase in VO2max, I should have waited on the second dose until I got a return to baseline.
