I made a mistake when I bought mine. I have learned that nattokinase has to be taken in a capsule, that is resistant to the acidic environment on the stomach. Now I take 20 000 IU and I hope that some of it can get pass the acidic environment.

I wonder if you have used different brands? And if you have, then I wonder if you have a favourite?
