I posted previously about building an aggregated view of what routines, tools, supplements, etc. people are doing to increase their healthspan and lifespan. The original idea was to do regular surveying.

But let’s face it, no one really wants to do those.

Many people, however, like to share what they are doing and learn from others.

So, I’ve pivoted to creating a site that lets you input your personal stack of tools, share that stack with others, and browse and learn about the stacks of other people. As more people input their stacks, I’ll start to aggregate that data and publish reports for the community.

I’ve done an initial site build and looking for 5 people willing to walk through it live with me so I can work out the bugs and incorporate real user feedback. If you’re willing to help out, please send me a message directly.

I know it’s not perfect or clinical trial level data. I see it as a start that has some utility now and hoping it can continue to build in the future.

I’ve finally got a site up to enable data aggregation of people’s longevity stacks. It seems I’ve become highly inefficient and slow in my retirement! Thanks to those who helped me user test it.

If you want to add your stack, and you mention Rapamycin News in your sign up comments, I will aggregate the data from the users from this site specifically and report back to this forum. There are several stack categories (including diet, exercise, etc.) but people here have shown most interest in supplements so that can be a place to start.

Also, I’ve seeded with 100 stacks I researched on the internet of different longevity doctors, influencers, biohackers. Probably not perfectly up to date but it’s a start.

My stack is here: https://wellstackedlife.com/browse-stacks/test-2/

Main site is here: WellStackedLife.com

Feedback welcome. If there’s enough interest in this experiment, I’ll keep it up and continue to improve it.
