Aggrelyte 1, and aggrelyte 2A are interesting compounds that may reverse presbyopia and cataract in the eye. As far as I have found, this research is still on cells and tissue samples rather than actual eyeballs. Frontiers | Topical ocular application of aggrelyte-2A reduces lens stiffness in mice

Apparently, glutathione is involved. A number of us are already taking glutathione precursors (glynac) and/or taurine. I am hopeful that reversal of presbyopia may be possible.
