Interesting. I wonder if fasting once in a while gives our bodies a break from rogue enzymes.

Interesting article, but the fact that as the article states, “The authors own stock in Palisade Bio Inc. a company developing new treatments to protect gastrointestinal barrier function.” did get my attention. That doesn’t necessarily mean anything, but the phrase “follow the money” does come to mind.
