After taking my longevity stack, I’ve noticed that my hands (palms) are becoming increasingly hot. They get so hot on some occasions that it becomes uncomfortable to me, so I need to grab and hold onto something cold like a chilled can of sparkling water, or cool pack. My wife is always complaining that my hands are burning hot.

I took this as a sign that my blood circulation and mitochondrial efficiency is quite high, but could there be another less benign reason? Thoughts?

My entire body feels very warm. I’ve noticed that again recently when visitors told me they were freezing in my apartment.

Does anything you take have much Niacin in it?

My hands are ice cold - I commonly get such a response whenever someone touches my hand. Not just in wintertime. Long-term CR is also associated with a reduction in core body temperature.

I take 1 g of NMN daily. That may be doing it? However the really uncomfortable heat has come within the past year and only so often.

NMN should not cause a niacin flush. beta-alanine can, but technically anything could cause an anaphylactoid, allergic or urticarial reaction. You may have to rotate some supplements out for few weeks to figure it out.
