I spoke to a doctor at Regenerative Medicine Institute in Costa Rica. He said they are using exosomes from Kimera Labs in Florida. Those are perinatal mesenchymal stem cell derived. So that’s what I will probably start using.

Really surprised that you havent gotten a response yet especially with some of the longevity studies I have heard about on them
