LED lights often do this

^wow look at how many of them peak in the blue. ALL of them do (the risk from the extra blue is not worth it unless you really have SAD)
I’ll help you find appropriate light therapy lamps that minimize blue light exposure, as this is an important health consideration. Here’s a breakdown of safer light therapy options:
- Red/Near-Infrared Light Therapy Lamps:
- TrueLight by TrueDark
- Joovv Mini 3.0
- Red Light Rising FlexiPro
- Full-Spectrum Lights with Blue Light Filters:
- Carex Day-Light Classic Plus (has adjustable settings)
- Northern Light Technologies BOXelite-OS (filtered option)
- Verilux HappyLight Touch (with adjustable color temperature)

Seems possible to build one DIY, but wouldn’t want to mess with electronics or power supplies personally:

I am so tempted to get one of these…
they say 800 lumen…

You need 10,000 lux at 30 cm distance for it to be effective (if you are 30 cm away for 30 minutes). SAD lamps might write 10,000 lux but only at a distance of 1 cm, for example – impractical, if the distance is not mentioned that’s a sign it’s weak.
