- increase fertility in fruit flies into older age
- improve thymus and spleen indicies in mice
- increase muscle strength in mice ~60 per cent
- extend mice lifespan (snipet below)

- Speculation that DNA repair enzymes are responsible for Bacillus sp. ability to survive in permafrost (and presumably, although the article does not say this, for the life extension effects described in Relict microorganisms of cryolithozone as possible objects of gerontology cited above).

Edit: This video covers a little more than the article. Its also clear thar Dr Brouchkov explicitly advised Manoush not to inject anything.
Of note, Manoush is still doing well as of late 2023 (based on her instagram account activity). In answer to a question on if she still uses Bacillus F, she responded “still not available to the public.”
