Again, the best strategy against senescent cells is Rapamycin and Taurine. They are potent senomorphics that prevent senescence. Resveratrol and Quercetin are supposedly two others.
Another solution is to take a Senolytic like the Japanese vaccine that targets and wipes out senescent cells on a regular basis or dasatanib+quercetin.
