I think you are overestimating what health care can do. I think this is common for Americans who don’t have single payer system. Once the rich and poor have the same system you realize everyone’s pretty much f&^ked on that front, lol.
But the rich and the poor never have the same system. If you are rich, and you don’t like the local system, you can fly anywhere in the world for better care. I know of Saudis (not personally) who would fly halfway across the world to a specialist clinic in the US to get the best care. I also know people who fly to Thailand to get their teeth done. It’s a heck of a lot cheaper and higher quality even with the airfare included! They call it a dental holiday. Others will fly to different locales based on their specialized medical treatment.

Those are empirical claims. Do you want to try and prove that the health care clinics in the U.S are better than ones in single payer countries?
When billionaires will fly halfway around the world for medical care from hospitals that are world renowned for their specialties, I do not doubt their quality. It is probably the best medical care money can afford.
For the common folk, it’s better to have either great insurance or a great socialist healthcare system.

Btw I noticed BJ stopped updating Blueprint in July with monthly notes. Does he update his stack and protocol?
Nutrition, exercise, sleep and hard work won’t even bring you over the age of 100.
A magic pill would eliminate all potential causes of death and aging so you could live like a depressed teenager without suffering negative health consequences as a result. Though I think it won’t just be a single magic pill that achieves this but dozens of meds, supplements and topicals taken every day.

The simulation is f&^ing with me. First a user here with the same name as one of the few banned users here tries to get me banned by mixing falsehood with truth. The next day Bryan posts a bombshell video where he reveals he has been in a lawyer battle with his ex-fiancee who has been spreading lies and tried to get money from him.
I had a crazy dream last night about living in Bryan’s house, I probably shouldn’t tell it all, but it involved unexplained illness, paranoia, infectious disease, fighting hell demons, and winning.
He is releasing super veggie soon, in powder form, which makes it easy to ship and prepare. Should be available in many places soon. Wonder what the price should be only.

Do we know if it’s organic? Have the processing impacts nutrients?

Organic has no detected benefit on health so it doesn’t matter to me, but it probably will be. According to the picture the nutritional value is the same or even better.

Thanks for response (not going to engage in debate about organic).
I’ve not looked into this much, but I suspect that any potential benefit for organic comes not from the nutritional content, but from the lack of pesticides that you are ingesting.
Thats why I (sometimes) buy organic. Strawberries, for example, are hard to wash well and I just don’t want my kids exposed to the potential pesticides. I’ve not seen any studies related to this, but I would expect it to be a vendor/farm by farm (even farm worker by farm worker) type of issue - which would determine the pesticide residue left on the fruit or vegetable after spraying and washing (assuming some amount of washing takes place at the farm for food processor).

Organic produce still use pesticides, herbicides, etc, albeit “natural”, and who knows if those are safer, like pyrethrin, copper sulfate and ivermectin.

To me organic food tastes better also. And I agree with @admin i consume organic (mainly, not 100%) because of less harmful chemicals, not necessarily because of the better nutrition content. I’m sure organic growers use some form of pesticides/herbicides but way less than non-organic. As an example, I know of a very small producer/farmer whereas he uses as pesticide for his fruits and veggies onion and/or garlic juice. I much rather have that than what is used in commercial non-organic farming. but yes, a 100 gram of apple grown organically will have same calories and perhaps same /carbs/fructose as a 100-gram grown non-organically, but I also read that organically produced food is richer in micronutrients or microelements than non-organic. So yes, I am a big believer in organically grown food. I usually have no problem paying double the price for organic vs non-organic. In cases where organic price is higher than double then I have a bit of difficulty justifying such price.
all in all I believe the quantity of food is equally important also. If one needs 2000 calories per day and they consume 3000 calories of organic food, I doubt they would be healthier than someone that consumes only 2000 calories of non-organic.

Although a few can switch to organic, and as shown in the meta analytic summation above, there was no health benefit detected. On a societal scale, if everyone switched to organic the economy would probably collapse and some people might even start to starve to death. As evident by the fiasco in Sri Lanka.
I understand that you think it tastes better and it is worth the cost also, that I can buy.
The ‘natural’ chemicals used by organic farming are still chemicals, although they are not man-made. There is no reason to believe they are safer just on that alone as there are plenty of poisonous natural chemicals.

I totally agree with the starving part. If all food was 100% organically grown than fewer people would be able to afford the price, and since the supply of food would be reduced drastically (heard somewhere organic food costs about 30-50% more to produce, plus it takes a bit longer to mature) then famine would ensue.
