Sorry about your experience. You may want to read this thread before you order next time: Importing Rapamycin to Save Money (2)

Also, generally I’d recommend buying Zydus or Biocon/(Now Eris): For Those Who Take Indian Generic Rapamycin, Which do you take?

You’d be better off taking a trip to Turkey and stocking up on Rapamune.

An update to this. Looks like he is taking the steps to refund, so I’m glad about that.

On another surprising note, I also placed order with Oddway (after reading other’s positive experiences). They shipped it out quickly on the 17th, and I just received a pickup tag from Canada Post today. I’m shocked how fast it arrived!

In Turkey, what kind of brand will you get and price per 1mg?

Only Pfizer Rapamune is available in Turkey. See past threads on pricing here:

How many tablets did you order? My 300-pill package arrived at the custom on Aug 13th for custom review and has been stuck there ever since…The rep from Oddway was pretty confident it is going to get delivered but given that I have been waiting for 2 weeks for the custom clearance, I have little hope of receiving it :frowning:

I ordered 200 pills from Oddway. I also ordered 200 from another provider about a week earlier, and that package has been stuck in customs since the 19th. Hopefully yours will arrive soon. They seem to be much better at customer service than a lot of the other sellers. So if it fails, it sounds like they will re-attempt a delivery.

Thanks to this amazing community, I placee my first order, and just received it.
I live in Canada, and ordered from Oddway.
they were really great. They communicated with me via WhatsApp and email throughout the process. the shipping was prompt, and i had no issues receiving my package. they also guaranteed a new shipment if anything were to happen in transit (e.g. blocked by customs), which gave a lot of comfort. the product looks pharmaceutical grade, and i am very pleased so far. I will buy from them again and can recommend them comfortably to anyone ordering from Canada.
i followed the advice posted here and ordered 500 pills. no issues with customs.

HI Meni, I am in the same boat as you. Can you advise me on how you ordered from oddway. When I search they seem to have a whole bunch of different Rapa products. Are they are marketplace? Also how did you ship? Costs. Are you by any chance located in BC?

Hi there!
i ordered from them via email/whatsapp (they basically send the same msgs on both channels)
i made a wire transfer (the riskiest part) and then received a tracking number shortly after.
i only saw one product on their site: Rapacan 1mg Tablet - Rapamycin Buy at wholesale price so i am not sure if they are marketplace, to be honest…

they shipped it via EMS, thus delivered via Canada post.
i am in NS

My 300 pills from Oddway were just refused by the customs. Is there anything else I can do to help with the shipment? I’ll change the receiving address to a Flexdelivery PO BOX but probably will keep the same name to receive the package, not sure if the custom has a “blacklist” so that they’ll check my packages every time…

From what I’ve read, CBSA will flag you after the package has been refused. But have also read (on this site) about people placing orders with multiple suppliers, and some getting through/some not. So I’m not sure if there’s any rhyme or reason, and how these things work. Feel like it’s some luck of the draw with these things.

I still haven’t received my first order that was held over a month ago from a different supplier. Expecting a refusal letter to arrive any day now.

Wow – I ordered from Oddway on Oct 18 (paid with Ethereum) and it was delivered to Toronto today (Oct 22) - does not appear to be opened by customs.

rappinmice @rappinmice

Did you ever get your package or a refusal letter?

I received a package today I had given up on as it was held at customs for 3 weeks - in the end they released it

I guess I’ll try oddway too. I initially had quick success with Forveda Online Private Limited and got 300 sirolimus tablets for $300 USD. But the next 2 tries it was intercepted by customs. It gets a bit spendy after a couple fails. The second time a received customs letter telling me it’s illegal to import prescription pharmaceuticals.
So I’m guessing I’m flagged at this point. Anyone received the letter but still able to get a shipment from oddway?

Interesting! I have a Canadian address, and tried to contact Mark’s Marine Pharmacy, The website posted a notice that said they were working on getting ready for Canadian customers.

Hi folks, just got the news that my order was refused at customs after being there almost a month. I think I will try Oddway and have it sent to a package receiver in the U.S. - takes an hour to get there, but if they actually can receive it with no problems, it will be worth both the money and the time. Grateful for this website, with all the information to help Canadians (even in these tricky times!)!!!

Surprise - ordered some from a place called MedChemExpress. They will ship to Canada. It’s a research company, but will only ship to businesses - not residents. So, my neighbour, who has a print business, permitted me to use their address and business name. The order was accepted and apparently is on its way to shipping. Not cheap - but at least I can get started until I find a less expensive way to order. I ordered 7 of their 10 mg tablets (will use a pill splitter to cut those in half) - with shipping etc, it comes to $403 Canadian.

Will try one of the regular shippers from India (like Oddway) and have it sent to my U.S. parcel post pick up location across the border. In the meantime, my order for 100 that was in Canadian Customs, has been shipped back to Maulik in India.

Turns out the MedChem company sent an email saying that they could only ship to a research company. Don’t know how to get around that one. sigh… this is becoming complicated.
