This link is now 404, as is another I had been reading on Dr Blagosklonny’s website:

Perhaps they’ve been moved, but I can’t find them on the website.

Though I did find this: Oncoscience | My battle with cancer. Part 1 . Maybe he removed them from his website when they got accepted for publication in this journal?

Anyone know?

Of note, I think I’ll get one done regardless of the negativity of this article… it’s all about “our” sense of balance…

I got scanned at an electron beam technology, EBC (??), in Atlanta https://www.virtualimagingatl.com has such a machine. 1/10th the CT radiation and perported 10x resolution. virtual imaging also gives you any issues found with organs, IE prostate size / nodules, odd lumps here and there and calcium score and bone density if low.

FWIW I’ve since learned that artery plaque with calcium build up is end stage, some time AFTER the stress, life style, scenario has started. The calcium is the bodies band aid to keep the plaque in place. I’ve heard that another test finds the beginning stages, a soft plaque angiogram (??) test.

I signed up with virtual imaging for every 2 yr whole body scan where their DB does a difference between scans looking for changes. IE only thing better then 1 test is 2 tests separated by time.

Since we’ve started our health, aging self education, I don’t worry about heart/circulatory problems. I don’t worry about cancer either. Monthly senolytics and very low inflammation/insulin/glucose.

I focus on systemic inflammation numbers and work to keep the roots of all disease low. This is just my views. I focus on keeping low; A1C, CRP, Homysystin, triglicerides , . I like my higher total LDL = 200, HDL= 76, LDL=111. Because my trigliserides are a decent 70 and ApoB=80, my CGM continuous glucose monitor shows flatish 80’s all day and the semi useful calcium score is zero. The basics are high range testosterone, and free T3, low rT3, both due to HRT hormone replacement, boron helps a bit, and keeping insulin as low as possible by controlling diet for glucose flatish = 80 all day and night. We eat 98% grass finished meat, misc plants sneaks in by accident. A great mail order meat source is: https://www.piedmontese.com

Just my views and I can’t give specific references, its a few years of recent education; when inflammation is low, hormones are high range, excersize is decent, you are focusing on mitocontrial health, then high LDL is actually a decent plus re: disease resistance, disease fighting, immune system function. Add in the subtle aid of rapa, LDN (low dose naltrexone) for disease resistance. Should I catch some bug; I go whole hog FLCCC.org protocols. Which includes the ingredients in DAV plus more, and I recently read about and stocked up on methlyene blue. Low dose MB doesn’t seem to do much for me so Its on the shelf for emergencies with all the ivermectin, doxy etc.

Devices I find have value: a sit upright HBOT (1.3ata), a high power LED setup at about 1KW input for our panels, a vibration plate. I use medical ozone but its a lower tier hormetic.

All that said; I do recommend getting your calcium score, at least once. EBC or CT, but EBC (electron beam) is best if you can find a local machine.

Good luck to all.
