This may seems crazy but seems logical to me so wanted to put it out there. I have long term mitochondrial issues from FQ antibiotics, tried rapamycin from January-April but made me very fatigued. I did feel like I was doing great after those cycles and hiking a lot, but got Covid in June and so have been dealing with post Covid issues. I tried Elamipretide, a peptide that improves mitochondrial function (has been used in several phase III clinical trials). Seemed to give me more energy but not a fix for long Covid. So I decided to try them together, thinking that the elamipretide may mitigate the fatigue I was getting from rapamycin, but still derive the anti-inflammatory, senolytic/senomorphic benefits from rapa. Any thoughts?

I’ve no opinion on the combination and I’m just learning about elamipretide. Just adding this to the thread for background information:

Where did you managed to procure Elamipretide?

I found an extremely interesting compound worth to include in protocol https://www.mdpi.com/1422-0067/26/3/944
