I’m an old guy who very recently had surgery for a broken femur. Recovery is going quite well, but I want to give the body the best chance of making a solid repair. From what I’ve read Free Testosterone, HGH and IGF1 are key factors for the healing of bone fractures. Yes, there are others and I believe I have the other ones under control.

  1. I was taking Enclomiphene Citrate before the accident and noticed it moved my FT into the high normal area (calculated, not direct measurement). So, I will simply continue to take Enclomiphene Citrate.
  2. I’m looking into adding a growth hormone secretagogue for about 10 weeks to increase HGH which in turn will increase IGF1. But, which HGH secretagogue, how often to take it, how much to take, etc.

If you have any thoughts on my logic I’m all ears. And, of course, thoughts on specific HGH secretagogues, dosing, administration, etc. are very welcome.

I am aware of BPC-157 and TB-500, but I think that HGH secretagogues are a better path.

And magnesium and creatine.

I highly recommend getting a PEMF device like a MicroPulse ICE A9.
Top orthopedic hospitals use PEMF for bone healing.
Vets have used it on champion racehorses for decades.

I second PEMF. The right device is easily worth the money.
