Interesting given that the forum has been very pro-estrogen and letrozole is a powerful aromatase inhibitor.

It’s interesting to see that one of the other identified compounds is an antifungal agent (ciclopirox) but we know that rapamycin is also an antifungal agent and that fungi (Candida, etc.) is found in Alzheimer’s brains.
