Fascinating article about a rare genetic mutation that lets some people lead healthier lives with less sleep (and a great overview of sleep, health and longevity in general). I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’d jump at the chance to take a pill that let me sleep only four hours per night without any negative impact on health!
