the “slope” of the 1/f aperiodic frequency distribution (which falls off apart from the alpha peak) goes flatter with age
also the “alpha” peak also goes down with age too
[ratios of alpha/beta and alpha/theta and alpha/delta also matter but they may be more sensitive to neurodivergence than to age]
you can also, like, measure latency and amplitude of N200/P300/etc (b/c older people are both slower and have lower distinct amplitudes)
