I just had an order of 10 v1 pens clear customs from China. With tariffs, that’s about 12/pen. Already thinking of getting more in the near future…

It’s absorbed in the upper intestine so it only has to survive for maybe 4-5 hours in the digestive tract, unless you were to take it with a massive meal that takes many hours to exit the stomach. In any case, some people take it on a fasting stomach and some with a meal and it doens’t seem to matter which they do.
I’m happy to see that you’re benefiting greatly from BPC-157. Thanks for sharing your data on that! I fully agree that the combo of BPC-157 and TB500 is very effective for various things.
I don’t use any of them. I have tried BPC-157 a few years ago but it didn’t seem to do anything noticeable. When I tried it I used the oral version in part because it was easier to obtain but also because I was using it in an attempt to cure a chronic gastrointestinal problem I’ve had for many years (a chronic non-healing ileal ulcer at an area in my terminal ileum that is damaged from surgery I had as an infant) and oral should be ideal for that. I even tried two different brands, one with immediate release and one with delayed released pills but saw no indication of improvements from either of them.
I was hopeful yet not surprised it didn’t work because I’ve tried a lot of things over the years and nothing has worked except that a high dose gotu kola extract I started last year seens to have improved the problem although it’s no cure.
I have thought about trying BPC-157 injections at some point in the future since I found a source here in Europe but am discouraged from throwing money into that considering that two brands of oral didn’t seem to do anything and also considering that my partner has been trying BPC-157+TB500 injections in the past months and they don’t seem to have helped at all with her tendon and joint injuries. Maybe we are just non-responders, I don’t know.

BTW that’s what prompted me to order a few pens!
Looking forward to using 4mm 32G needles rather than 8mm 31G!

I have found that older injuries require much longer dosing periods to do the job. Dose, Age and Duration are factors to consider.
I had nearly broken both ankles in a fall down the stairs about 4 years ago. I would have been 65 then. When I started using the BPC+TB500 combo 2 years later I was not expecting much from that combo but after 2 years of hobbling around I decided to give this a go. After about 6 months of daily shots (500mcg each) I noticed that I was walking normally again and pain free. I have not had any issues with those old injuries since.
I have a back injury that happened when I was 15, a compressed disk, which when it acts up I get a dead band around mid chest with extreme pain. It was easily triggered, I learned the triggers and avoided those actions. I have not had any issues with that in 1.5 years now, when it would trigger a couple times a year.
For young people I’ve seen fairly “fast” results, like 4 to 8 weeks with significant improvement. For older people it takes much longer. It’s not a miracle cure, it does take time but once it works I don’t know anyone who wants to stop using it.
My physical performance is improved in the areas of recovery and endurance. But I think that is a bit of a combination due to GLP1 weight management, IPA+CJC for growth hormone stimulation, and a few other things.
I consider these 3 to be my cornerstone for increasing my health span.
- GLP1’s
- Healing
- hGH stimulation
At 69 I can physically outwork all my local peers, both physically and mentally. My ability to focus and GSD is as good as it’s ever been

I prefer the 8mm 32G. I found the shorter 6 and 4mm often left a lump, while only transient it was annoying. The 8mm goes deeper and I rarely have a lump.
I really like the Micro-Click brand and have tried 3 other brands before settling on this one.

Steve, are those pens similar to my Repatha sureclick autoinjector which injects very sloooooowly?
I ask because, while it’s usually fine, every once in a while when I’m injecting it into the ‘wrong’ spot, it’s excruciating, and because I’m injecting $$$$, I can’t exactly stop and pull it out… I have to sit there and suffer for what seems like an eternity.
Is this a different animal? And maybe it does’t matter because most things are affordable enough that I’d just yank it out on those rare occasion (it’s top of mind because it happened yesterday!!)
No, the pens we use are not auto-injectors.
They require that you push a plunger after you use the dial to set the dose. The harder you push the faster it delivers the dose.
Also they are reusable, just change the cartridge.

I did try the oral BP-157 500 mcg dose only once and had terrible epigastric burning for several hours prompting multiple antacid use and a poor night of sleep. I finally decided to inject for the 1st time TB-500, 1 mg over the weekend. I did a 2nd SQ 1 mg dose today. I am hoping for better results, more like what Steve is reporting. I plan on adding SQ BPC-157 tomorrow, just wanted to make sure I tolerate the 1st one. Zero site reaction but my aqueous solution that I am injecting is quite low (10mg/ml dilution). I have a partially torn gluteus medius tendon that was done in March of this year so it is not a fresh injury and I am 58. I did just get PRP injected to the tendon and bursitis area last week. Hoping to be a responder as this hip pain is intolerable

I was able to do pull-ups again today 3 1/2 weeks after having arthroscopic shoulder surgery. I have to think the BPC157 and TB500 have played a role in such a speedy recovery process.
I am also using Oxandrolone (anavar), which is a mild anabolic steroid that I would not recommend but it has good data for helping burn victims heal faster by promoting collagen synthesis, so I felt this would be a good time to use that again as it also prevents catabolism. I just want to be completely transparent and mention that could also be helping.
Important to note the surgery was a cleanup for my shoulder arthritis, and nothing was wrong with my rotator cuff, which would have been a far worse recovery.

750mcg BPC157 (250mcg 3x daily)
5mg TB500 per week (divided MWF)
Also taking 2.5mg HGH per day which I forgot to mention above.

Is this tb500(889 Da) you’re referring to? I asked because of the dosage and schedule.

BTW, what is your dosage for each peptide in this combo shot? And how long is your cycle?

I have been taking BPC 157 (500mcg) + TB500 Frag 1-4 (500mcg) as a daily combo shot for 2 years. And those are both the acetate version.
TB500 (frag 1-4) is technically called Goralatide
I heal like a kid, when people ask me why I do this every day, that is my answer.

This graph illustrates the relationship between sleep and the secretion of various hormones; melatonin, cortisol, growth hormone, and testosterone.
-
Melatonin: This hormone begins to rise 2-3 hours before sleep onset, reaching its peak during sleep. Melatonin is crucial for promoting sleep and maintaining circadian rhythm.
-
Cortisol: Cortisol levels remain low during the first half of sleep but begin to increase towards the latter part, peaking just before waking. This hormone promotes alertness and is integral in the body’s response to stress and energy metabolism.
-
Growth Hormone: This hormone spikes during the first 2-3 hours of sleep, particularly during deep sleep stages (NREM). It plays a vital role in growth, cellular repair, maintenance, and overall rejuvenation of the body.
-
Testosterone: Testosterone levels begin to rise in the second half of sleep, coinciding with REM sleep stages, promoting vigor and supporting reproductive and muscle functions.
The graph underscores how these hormones are intricately linked to different sleep stages and contribute to various physiological processes that are crucial for maintaining health and well-being.
