Does anyone have vlauable way to measure senescence cell levels?
We all work on adopting autophagy and mitophagy enhancements therapeutics and drugs, but it seems to me we do not have a proper measurements of the effectiveness of that activities.
By my knowledge we would need a way to measure “senescence levels” somehow.
I found this paper: "Proteins could serve as biomarkers for senescent cells, which have stopped dividing but have not yet died. A blood test detects aged cells
and found this exams AgingSOS® Senescence & NAD Panel Is your anti-aging protocol working? AgingSOS Senescence & Cellular Inflammation Test
Can we review how each of them reach to a senescence level measurement?

I tend to think the baseline measurement of IL-6 or CRP gives an indication of senescence. It increases for infection so you need multiple measurements.
