I recently increased my hydration and added electrolytes (packets from amazon) and I am not sure I have done any other treatment or supplement that has made me feel better. Easy, low hanging fruit. Figured I would share.

I’m working hard on hydration as well and I’ve tried a bevy of electrolyte powders and have not found one I really like in terms of taste and ingredient composition. If anyone has a “go-to” electrolyte power they really like, can you share it here please?

It’s the usual U shape for the Sodium. High sodium is pretty bad but too low sodium is even worse.
Optimal is 137 ~ 142 so check your CMP data.
