Hi Everyone -
I wasn’t sure if it would be okay to start a separate topic on this -
@RapAdmin if that would be okay, please let me know, and I will… -

I am having a specifc concern about IGF-1 supplementation.
…Understood, IGF-1 (once a person is “grown”),
is likely a lifespan Shortener.
…But …while you take it, it does give some boosts to muscle, skin quality, weight loss, etc.,
that someone might
…however unwisely,
but POSSIBLY INTERMITTENTLY,
want to use anyway…
…So I wanted to ask -
despite us knowing that it is likely a lifespan shortener -
do any of you use IGF-1 anyway?
And if so, how do you dose it -
for those of you who use Rapamycin,
do you try to cycle it between Rapamycin doses,
and …hope that, in the long term, the Rapamycin can help counteract the potential life span shortening effects of the IGF-1,
…while allowing you to get the benefits of the IGF-1? ;
…And for those of you who cycle between the two -
here is my
…discussion-spurring :)… question,
…like I was asking about other supplements… -

.
…How Long do you wait after doing IGF-1, to take your Rapa??
.
.
.
…I have been having an issue with Insulin Resistance,
and, resulting, intractable weight gain
(and, weight loss drugs such as Tirzepatide, are not covered by my insurance, and I can’t afford) -
and so I -
not thinking it through, regarding my Rapamycin use -
…used IGF-1, the night before (8 hours) I took my weekly Rapamycin dose,
…and now I’m thinking (?) I wasted this week’s dose, because the IGF-1 would have counteracted the Rapa?
…I welcome any light that anyone can shed on this/how they dose IGF-1, if also taking Rapa,
and I apologize if I am annoying anyone with my needing guidance with this…
…Thanks, all!
