No, none of the companies in the list are primarily or directly focused on longevity (anti-aging research, extending human healthspan/lifespan, or targeting the biology of ageing).
However, a couple have tangential connections through their technologies or broader applications:
-
Colossal (Colossal Biosciences): Primarily a de-extinction and conservation company (e.g., woolly mammoth projects using CRISPR/synthetic biology). Co-founder George Church has separate work in human anti-aging (e.g., via other ventures like Rejuvenate Bio), and Colossal’s multiplex gene editing tech has potential implications for complex age-related interventions, but the company itself is not involved in longevity.
-
Evozyne: Uses AI for protein engineering to design novel proteins, mainly for therapeutics. This could indirectly support longevity-related protein therapies, but no direct involvement.

Longevity isn’t particularly relevant to their mission. On another note we need a 1970’s CIA but for longevity.
Ora Biomedical has by the way contracts with the air force and space agencies to find molecules that mitigate chemical weapons and radiation in worms (e.g. exposing worms to radiation then testing molecules for ones that are geroprotective). They need $5M to test a million molecules.
A geroprotective molecule that enhances cognition, i.e a nootropic maybe might cross the venn diagram of being relevant to both longevity and the intelligence community?
