I’ve seen a lot of stuff about that and could be easily convinced they are more cautious with vet meds than with human. They noticed thimerosal make dogs crazy long before they noticed it in humans, I’ll guess years but let you look it up if you want. Dogs must be more sensitive. Some breeds of dog can’t take ivermectin either.
Shepard breeds, if I recall it …

You can use additives not approved for human use in veterinary medications. Those might give you cancer, NDD or just be toxic.

Yes, frequently for the last couple years because of Covid. I took the horse paste most often, it’s awful tasting, but believe it or not the injectable is worse.
I’ve also had fenben in a couple forms. One was a pill formulated for humans and I don’t know how it’s possible since it’s not cleared for humans. The other was animal drench which is formulated to be squeezed down an animal’s throat. I am an animal. Though not very domestic.

That is my biggest fear, those additives!
How much did you use it and for how long.
Also, did it had additives as ones in the link I shared with you?
Mebendazole is human version of Fenben.

It’s similar to fenben, but not the same active ingredient. The 2 we use on goats are fenbendazole and albendazole. Mebendazole is for human, but not the same as either of the others. Same class different chemicals.
I got an old Lab Retriever, she’s 14 and she has lots of skin tumors and under skin growths.
I want to put her on Ivermectin and Fenben, maybe they can help with growths.
She was on Rapa multiple times, but its not enough.
