From what you’ve read on it so far would you say it is for preventative purposes, or more like a remedy for certain cancers?

Ivermectin for Cancer treatment is not a New idea/thought
One on several published papers.
People who think this is “New” are behind the times.

Hi there, I also got really interested in ivermectin. As rapamycin it is also an inhibitor of the mTORc1 pathway. I wonder if any of those billionaire health gurus are testing it on themselves, and if so what would be the dosage. What I found interesting is that, like rapamycin, it is found in the soil (Japan, Easter Island respectively). Anybody else here with more info on that? I saw an article that concluded that ivermectin extended ALS mice’s lives by 10%. What I also wonder is rapamycin + ivermectin. Lots of dreams, few concrete facts.

Wouldn’t probably learn much from a billionaire since their lifespan is so long. I don’t know your age, but they’ll probably outlive me.
I don’t know whether they’ve tested mice with that one. I know that because of stomach worms I’ve given many bottles of the stuff to my dairy goats and (according to my vet) I have had them die of cancer. At an old age, but still they’re probably dosed 4 times a year. But veterinarians say things that aren’t true for various reasons. They guess based on symptoms.
In this country usually a dose is 12 mg for adult, 6 for a kid. My daughter with cancer has used 12mg 3 times a day for 3 months or so. She’s working with an integrated doc. She’s using several things at once and actually is pretty much no evidence of disease at this point. Honestly I don’t know what to make of it.
I’ve used Ivermectin weekly for Covid prevention while on Rapa. Never noticed a thing from the Ivermectin. Never got Covid. Not trying to make a statement, just giving the facts. Pretty safe drug.

Thanks for the answer. If I may ask, what cancer does your daughter have? Wishing her well! After 3 months, do the doctors stop the ivermectin and retake some time after? I am female, 51yo. I was also trying to get articles about ivermectin and cancer, but the ones I found were about giving the drug to patients going through chemotherapy, as an adjuvant. Not for cancer prevention, in a way. Here’s the research for ALS mice.

It’s mucinous ovarian with KRAS, which means vitamin C works well, but chemo does not. So she takes Doxycycline with vitamin C, Fenbendazole, ivermectin and a list of other things we talk about here a lot. She also went Vegan. I’m not so sure about it all, but it’s working and that’s ultimately what we go by.

I can only get Veterinary Injectable liquid that has 10mg per 1ml.
I got it from my vet, still have some doubts because of vet version and some additional substances that goes with it like :
Benzilalkohol : 15 mg
Dimetilsulfoksid : 61.93 mg
Propilenglikol up to1 mL
Any thoughts?

If you’re talking about Ivermectin, it’s for sale from India pharmacies. Usually in 12 or 6 mg. pills. I have used vet injectable orally for goats and actually used it myself for awhile. It tastes like pure alcohol. I always wondered why the goats complained about sub q injections and now I know why. Probably hurts like hell for a while.

Few people I know tried to get meds from India in country and customs confiscated every package.
So, what I can get is Vet Ivermectin - S used for cows, goats and pigs.
My only question is it safe to take at 0.5mg and 1mg per Kg … which is for 80kg person 4/8 ml = 40mg/80mg per day 3x per week.

Way too much if it’s 1% injectable. Mine is called Ivermax 1% injectable and the dosage for pigs is 1ml/75 lbs body weight. For cattle it’s 1ml/110 lbs body weight. It’s probably safe to go a little high but without your label I couldn’t say. Depending on what you’re trying to kill I’d go by the swine dosage, well I’d double it but that’s me.

Yes, I got out the label from my bottle (written in the smallest print a printer will go) and my glasses and found where it said mine is also 10mg/1ml. So they are the same concentration. I would use the dose for swine, like I said. You should probably take a couple ml, maybe 4 depending on what you’re trying to do. That’s the guaranteed safe dose by my reckoning.

Doesn’t veterinary medication not go through the same safety checks as with those approved for human use?

Have you ever used vet version of Ivermectin? Any thoughts regarding the safety?
