Fantastic. Hope it’s useful.

I got it too. It seems like a creative and logical compendium of longevity knowledge. It’s going to be a great read and helpful.

Thanks so much for the support. Let me know what you think.

Congratulations on your effort, I would love to read it but I do not have a Kindle unfortunately. Great if you made a pdf. I also truly think a paperback version would be a lovely present the whole year around !

Hey @Paul_2.0,

I finished reading your ebook and it was enjoyable. You’ve struck a nice balance of sharing enough detail to make in meaningful, while keeping it concise. I’m a slow reader and was still able to tackle it relatively quickly.

Two quotes early on in the book stood out to me:

“I stopped thinking about getting older as this inevitable decline and started treating it like any other engineering problem: something you can measure, understand, and hack. Once you make that mental shift, you realize there are hundreds of small things you can do today that would have seemed like magic to your grandparents.”

“The truth is, chasing longevity isn’t always fun. It’s not all shiny gadgets and life-extending breakthroughs. A lot of it is showing up every day, making choices that don’t pay off immediately, and resisting the temptation to drift back into the easy patterns everyone else lives in.”

While you address more cutting edge therapies like HBOT and stem cells, there’s still plenty of actionable takeaways regarding the pillars of diet/exercise/sleep, while being informed about supplements, wearables, and the need for testing. I really like that you included the Harvard Study of Adult Development and emphasized how relationships are key to longevity. I agree with your notion that “we are on the brink" of many breakthroughs regarding longevity interventions, research, etc. I also learned about many “new things” like FOXO3 stem cell use in primates.

Great work Paul!
